Website design in Nairobi that brings in customers

Most small business sites in Kenya are slow on mobile data, hide the phone number and give visitors nothing to do. We build the opposite: fast pages, one clear action, and a WhatsApp button that is never more than a thumb away.

From KES 25,000, one-time. Your domain, your hosting, your code.

Safi Cleaners website designed by ByKabiro Labs

What every site includes

Built for phones first

Most of your visitors are on a phone, often on mobile data. We design for a small screen first and keep every page light so it opens fast.

WhatsApp and call buttons

Kenyan customers would rather WhatsApp you than fill a long form. Every page has a one-tap WhatsApp chat with a message already typed, plus a call button.

Google-ready from day one

Proper page titles, descriptions, headings, structured data and a sitemap, plus help setting up your Google Business Profile so you show on Maps.

No WordPress, no plugins

Hand-written PHP and Tailwind. Nothing to update every month, nothing for bots to break into, and pages a fraction of the size of a theme.

You own everything

Domain and hosting in your name, full source code handed over. No lock-in and no monthly software fees.

M-Pesa when you need it

Shops and booking sites can take payment by M-Pesa STK Push, confirmed automatically. How it works →

Questions

How much does a website cost in Nairobi?

Our custom websites cost KES 25,000 for a one-page lead site, KES 50,000 for a 5 to 8 page business site with an admin dashboard, and KES 90,000 for an online shop with M-Pesa checkout. Ready-made templates start at KES 7,500. You pay once; there are no monthly software fees.

Do I own the website?

Yes. The domain and hosting are registered in your name and paid by you directly, and you get the full source code. If you ever leave us, the site leaves with you.

Do you use WordPress?

No. We write each site in PHP and Tailwind CSS from scratch. That keeps pages small and fast on mobile data, and there are no plugins to update or get hacked.

Can I update the website myself?

On the SME Growth Suite and above, yes. You get a simple admin dashboard to change text, services and photos without touching code.

Will my website show up on Google?

Every site is built with the basics Google looks for: fast mobile pages, proper titles and descriptions, structured data and a sitemap. We also help you set up or verify your Google Business Profile so you appear on Google Maps. Ranking also depends on your reviews and competitors, so nobody can honestly promise a position.

How does payment work?

50% to start design and coding, and 50% after you have tested and approved the site on our staging server, right before it goes live.
